Frittata with onions and bacon topped with gruyere

Recipe Ingredients for Carmelized Onion and Bacon Frittata

4 large Egg, Whole
1 medium raw Onion Red
2 tbsp 1% milk
3 tbsp Butter
6 microwave slices L-Board Thick Sliced Bacon Hickory Smoke Flavor Added
2 oz Le Gruyere Gruyere Cheese

Recipe Directions for Carmelized Onion and Bacon Frittata

  1. In a heat proof saute pan, carmelize the sliced onion in the butter until golden.

  2. Meanwhile, microwave bacon until crisp. Chop into bite size pieces.

  3. Once the onions are ready add the eggs that have ben beaten well. Top with bacon and gruyere. Cook until eggs just start to set on the bottom.

  4. Place pan in a 400 oven for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and eggs are cooked through.

  5. Enjoy!
