Onion, mush, squash, carrots pan sauteed in olive oil, red pepper, oregano and salt. About a 1 cup serving is half the recipe when cooked down.

1/2 yellow onion
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup summer squash
1 cup baby bella mushrooms
2/3 cup diced carrots
2 tblsp Extra Virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
