Very sweet sauce for dessert. Serving is 2 tbsp.

Recipe Ingredients for Carmel Sauce

1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Butter
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
6 oz Neilson 18% Cream (UHT Pasteurized)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Carmel Sauce

Place water in bottom of heavy medium-sized saucepan. Add sugar and butter, but do not stir. Heat on medium heat until mixture boils, continue until colour begins to darken (abt. 5 minutes). Swirl mixture over heat until colour is golden. Shielding face from steam, pour cream down side of saucepan while swirling. Mix with wooden spoon. Remove from heat. Mix in vanilla. Serve warm.
