Yogurt and curry marinated chicken, grilled and served on pumpernickel! Would probably be great with a green, like arugula.

Recipe Ingredients for Carly's Curry Chicken Sandwich

6 1/10 oz boneless skinless chicken breast (pre-cooked weight)
2 oz fat free greek yogurt
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp salt
2 oz pumpernickel bread (2 slices)

Recipe Directions for Carly's Curry Chicken Sandwich

  1. Combine the olive oil, yogurt, and spices in a bowl. Add the chicken and coat evenly. Let sit for 20 minutes.

  2. Grill the chicken until cooked evenly.

  3. Serve on bread, with greens if desired.
