1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Mexican Squash
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
2 pepper Pepper, Serrano
1 serving Liquid Seasoning
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 large Egg, White
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Carlos' Veggie Scramble

Eat Oil, Toss everything together until soft, add eggs cook for 1 and a half minutes more and serve.
