Add non calorie sweetner equivalentto 2 tablespoons of brown sugar or honey. I use Somersweet. Adjust lime juice, sweetner and hot sauce to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Carla's Peanut Sauce

1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup lime juice
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
2 teaspoons chili paste

Recipe Directions for Carla's Peanut Sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients in pan until combined over low heat. Add additional water if necessary. Can also add lite coconut milk if desired. Can also be mixed in blender with hot water.

  2. Cool and enjoy. Great with chicken satay.
