Recipe Ingredients for Caribbean Rice & Beans

1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
30 oz Black Beans
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 clove Garlic
0.25 oz Scotch Bonnet Chile Peppers
1 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
2 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
2 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp chopped Chives
1 large Onions
4 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper, Tabasco
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
3 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Caribbean Rice & Beans

Heat the oil in a large skillet. Gently saute onions, garlic and hot peppers, then add beans and vinegar and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the rice to the beans, then stir in stock, reduce heat, and simmer until rice is cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in parsley, chives, hot sauce, salt, and pepper and serve.
