Healthy dry cereal. Keep in the freezer or fridge. When taking on the road, it's fine to be out of the fridge for a week. Nutrients are lost when kept at room temperature for too long.

Recipe Ingredients for Carey's Breakfast Cereal

1 cup Rolled Oats
2 tbsp Brown FlaxSeed Meal
6 prunes Prunes, Dried, Uncooked
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 serving bee pollen
1 oz (20 halves) Pecans

Recipe Directions for Carey's Breakfast Cereal

Grind all dry ingredients in a Magic Bullet or food processing. This is a great cereal to take on the road. Just add hot water. Use whatever raw nuts that you like, or whatever dried fruit - add them at the end.
