a delicious recipe for spaghetti done the traditional italien way- without cream

Recipe Ingredients for carbonara spaghetti

220 g spaghetti
25 g (1 oz) butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, slightly squashed
250 g pancetta
5 tbsp white wine
3 eggs
80 g Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp parsley, chopped

Recipe Directions for carbonara spaghetti

  1. fry garlic oil, butter and pancetta until crispy whilst pasta cooks

  2. beat the eggs in a seperate bowel and add the grated parmesan and parsley

  3. when pasta is ready drain, add the oils and bacon, and then stir in the eggs whilst it is hot befor serving
