Recipe Ingredients for Carbonara

250 grams Tagliatelle
150 grams Bacon
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
150 grams Milk
1 Glass Water
15 grams Cornflour
2 cubic inch Cheddar Cheese
20 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Carbonara

  1. Cook pasta as per packet.

  2. Cube/slice bacon and cook on a high heat until begining to crisp.

  3. Add diced mushroom and cook for further 2 mins on a med heat

  4. Pour in milk and water and bring to a simmer.

  5. Make up cornflour with cold water and stir into sauce, simmer on low heat until thickened.

  6. Turn heat off and stir in grated cheeses.

  7. Stir sauce into pasta and serve
