Recipe Ingredients for Carbonara

50 g pasta (angle hair or spaghetti)
2 small egg
60 g pancetta
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Carbonara

  1. boil pasta

  2. in a pan cook pancetta with a bit of olive oil

  3. in another bowl mix the eggs with some salt and white pepper

  4. drain pasta and quickly add egg

  5. stir rapidly allowing the hot noodles cook the egg

  6. add pancetta

  7. garnish with a cherry tomatoe and basil leaf

  8. (tip: add a bit of extra virgin olive oil of it is a bit dry or if you are reheating it later)
