Recipe Ingredients for Caramelized Baked Chicken

3 pounds chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dash salt
1 dash ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Caramelized Baked Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix the oil, soy sauce,

  3. ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and pour over the chicken.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for one hour or until sauce is caramelized.
