Directions for cooking chicken are incorrect, obviously. This receipe comes from www.recipezaar.com. Their version of the nutritional value is very different from here. I believe here.

Recipe Ingredients for Caramelize Onions over Grilled Chicken

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon red peppers, ground
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 large onion, sliced
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

Recipe Directions for Caramelize Onions over Grilled Chicken

  1. Coat large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot. Add onion.

  2. Cover and cook 10 minutes until deep golden stirring often.

  3. combine salt, thyme, red pepper and black pepper.

  4. Sprinkle half the mixture over onions.

  5. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth and cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

  6. Add 6 tablespoon broth and cook until liquid evaporates.

  7. Repeat procedure with remaining broth.

  8. Add vinegar and cook an additional 2 minutes or until most of the liquid evaporates.

  9. Remove from pan and keep warm.

  10. Rub chicken with remaining spice mixture. Coat skillet with cooking spray and heat. Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Serve with onions.
