Recipe Ingredients for CARAMEL APPLE for Claire

160 g apple
40 g caramels
1/3 tsp water

Recipe Directions for CARAMEL APPLE for Claire

  1. Line plate with wax paper

  2. Wash and dry the apple. Twist off the stems and push popsicle stick half way onto the apple where the stem used to be.

  3. Melt the caramels in the microwave or a saucepan over low heat.

  4. Dip apple in the melted caramel to coat. Use a knife to help cover the whole apple. Place apple, stick side up, onto nuts and roll over to cover.

  5. Refrigerate until the caramel is firm, about 1/2 hour.
