Caramalized Banana walnut pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Caramalized Banana walnut pancakes

125 grams g) Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup banana
3 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoon butter
4 tablespoon real maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Caramalized Banana walnut pancakes

  1. chop walnuts and bananas

  2. add enough water to pancake mix to create a yougurt like thickness

  3. add olive oil to mix

  4. pour enough mix on to hot griddle to make a 4-5 inch pancake

  5. immediately top with bananas and walnuts and sprinkle with brown sugar.

  6. flip and lightly press down on the cake

  7. LIGHTLY spread with butter and top with real maple syrup

  8. wash griddle between each batch
