40 g butter
80 g flour
180 g red onion
10 g butter
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
40 g goats cheese

Recipe Directions for Caramalised red onion and goat's cheese tartlets

  1. make the pastry, chill for twenty minutes, then blind bake for 15minutes.

  2. melt the butter in a pan

  3. add the onions and balsamic vinegar and stew for 30minutes until soft and cooker through

  4. put into the cases and top with a slice of goat's cheese

  5. bake for 20 minutes

  6. serve with greens
