Recipe Ingredients for Capri Salad with Balsamic Vinegar

2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
6 Fresh Mozzarella
2 tbsp fresh basil
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Capri Salad with Balsamic Vinegar

  1. Chiffonade the basil (cut into thin strips)

  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half

  3. Cut mozzarella balls in half

  4. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper until combined

  5. Toss salad with dressing

  6. Serve chilled
