Recipe Ingredients for Caprese Tomatoes

50 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
50 grams Onions
50 grams Artichoke Hearts - Marinated
9 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 serving Red Wine Vinegar
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Caprese Tomatoes

  1. Chop tomato, artichoke hearts & onions & combine in bowl

  2. Add basil, salt & pepper

  3. Drizzle with oil & add vinegar

  4. Refridgerate before serving

  5. Serve on bed of lettuce
