3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.666 oz Basil Leaves
1 serving Garlic Cloves
2.66 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.5 Medium Tomatoes
4 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Caprese Salad

Pul Basil, garlic and Lemon juice in food processor and blend. Drizzle in the olive oil. Pour over sliced fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
