Recipe Ingredients for Caprese Salad

3 medium tomatos
1/4 c fresh basil
8 oz fresh mozzarella
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
2 t grapeseed oil

Recipe Directions for Caprese Salad

  1. Dice tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella into 1/4" slices.

  2. Chiffonade basil leaves

  3. Drizzle with grape seed oil and balsamic vinegar.

  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
