16 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 oz Oregano
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Caprese Salad

Slice tomatoes and cheese and layer on pretty platter; combine other ingredients and drizzle over; garnish with oregano sprigs and basil.
