10 serving Wheat Pizza Dough
1 Medium Tomatoes
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
0.33 serving Olive Oil
3.99 oz Fresh Mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Caprese Pizza

  1. Stretch dough according to directions.

  2. Use a pastry brush to spread the oil over the dough.

  3. Slice a tomato into 6 slices and place onto dough, evenly spaced.

  4. Top with ripped up basil leaves.

  5. Place 1 mozzarella slice onto each tomato slice.
