Brew pot of espresso, 1 cup plain soy milk steamed and frothy. Put 1-1/2 oz (1 shot glass) of espresso in coffee mug and scoop foam on top and pour the soymilk down inside edge of cup. Top with unsweetened cacao grated on micro grater.
