pan seared chicken in reduced chicken sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Caper Chicken

2 tbsp Salted Butter
400 grams Chicken
75 grams Onions
1 tsp Imported Capote Capers In Vinegar
4 Teaspoon Vinegar Wine White

Recipe Directions for Caper Chicken

melt 1/2 the butter and pan sear. remove chicken and cook onions with a little water to soften and caramelize. add vinegar and capers and remaining butter. reduce add chicken back in. Serve warm.
