1/2 c Cold Water
1/2 English Cucumber
1/4 Green Apple
2 tbsp Pine Nuts
1/2 c Ice
1 tsp Flax Oil

  1. Cucumber, Apple, & Pine Nuts (add psyllium for fiber). Really good with Emerald Balance drink packet from Earth Fare but it's fine on it's own.

  2. Enjoy with some plain yogurt and your set with enough calories for the morning.
