Recipe Ingredients for Canyon Casserole ala Tony

1 serving Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
14.5 oz Tomatoes
7 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 medium Egg, Whole
8 oz Buttermilk Cornbread Mix
4 serving Evaporated Milk
1 serving Vegetable Pure All Natural Oil
0.5 small Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Canyon Casserole ala Tony

  1. The directions are on the side of the bag.

  2. Sautee peppers and onion. Set aside.

  3. Brown burger. Drain, if necessary.

  4. Add seasonings, veggies, corn, tomatoes to burger and simmer.

  5. Mix cornbread stuff per instructions.

  6. Put burger mixture in bottom of Pam'd baking dish.

  7. Spoon cornbread mixture on top.

  8. Bake at 400 for 30 - 35 minutes.
