Recipe Ingredients for Cantonese Snow Peas

3/4 pound snow peas
1 tablespoon Peanut Oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 pinch Kosher Salt
1 freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon beef broth

Recipe Directions for Cantonese Snow Peas

  1. Heat wok over high heat until a bead of water dances on surface and then evaporates.

  2. Add oil with pinch of salt. Swirl to coat pan. Add oyster sauce and beef broth. Cook until fragrant. Add snow peas. Cook for 1 minute tossing constantly.

  3. Transfer to plate, sprinkle with ground pepper.
