Recipe Ingredients for Cantaloupe Soup

1 cantaloupe
2 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Cantaloupe Soup

  1. Peel, seed, and cube cantaloupe.

  2. Place cantaloupe in blender or food processor and process until smooth.

  3. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in lime juice, cinnamon, and remaining orange juice.

  4. Cover and refridgerate for at least one hour.

  5. Garnish with mint, if desired.
