Recipe Ingredients for Cantaloupe Coconut Milk Ice Cream

12 oz coconut milk
8 oz milk
1/4 cup agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cantaloupe
2 oz lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Cantaloupe Coconut Milk Ice Cream

  1. Mash cantaloupe and add lemon juice. Set aside.

  2. Drain liquid from cantaloupe - reserve liquid.

  3. Combine coconut milk, milk, agave syrup and vanilla. Add cantaloupe juice.

  4. Put in ice cream maker. After about 20 minutes add the mashed cantaloupe to the ice cream maker and mix for about 5 more minutes.
