This is a modified Betty Crocker recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Cantaloupe and Chicken Salad

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
5 cups cantaloupe, cut into chunks
2 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and sliced
1 cup grapes, cut in half
1 medium cucumber, cut into strips

Recipe Directions for Cantaloupe and Chicken Salad

  1. Mix yogurt and lemon juice together.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
