If there's one thing I miss being a vegan, it's yogurt. Not sweet, fruity stuff, just tangy, natural yogurt. I occasionally find So Nice natural unsweetened, but it's not the same, and it's still sweetened a little bit. This, for me, is a God send.

255 g soft tofu
3 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Add juice and tofu to blender

  2. Mash the tofu up a bit with a spoon first

  3. Blend until very smooth with no chunks

  4. Pour out and refrigerate.
