Recipe Ingredients for Canola Oil crust

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup fat-free half and half
2/3 cup Canola oil

Recipe Directions for Canola Oil crust

  1. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir together the half and half and Canola oil. Add to the dry ingredients and carefully blend in until a ball forms.

  2. Divide into two pieces. Roll each piece between two sheets of plastic wrap until size desired. Use to line and top berry filling.
