4 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweetpotato
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Cannied Sweet Potatoes/Yams

  1. Preheat oven 375

  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes (peeled & cut into 1" cubes), olive oil, syrup, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into a 13"X 9" baking dish and roast until potatoes are fork tender; about 40 mins.
