Stuffed cheesy cannelloni in tomato sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Cannelloni in Sauce

1 tbsp olive oil
1 large carrot, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp basil
2 cups ricotta
1 egg, beaten
180 g pasta
750 ml tomato sauce
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Cannelloni in Sauce

  1. The pasta is no boil cannelloni noodles - about 20.

  2. Put half of sauce and water in baking dish.

  3. Cook oil, carrot, onion and basil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add egg and cheese.

  4. Fill noodles and set in tomato sauce.

  5. Cover with remaining sauce and water.

  6. Cover and bake @ 350 degrees (180 celcius) for 45 minutes.
