An italian anti-pasti dish- good on pita bread or as a bruschetta topping.

Recipe Ingredients for Cannellini and Tuna Salad

12 oz Chunk White Tuna in Spring Water
16 oz. Cannellini Beans
2 cups Tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1/2 cup radishes, diced
3 tbsp olives, diced
1 tbsp capers
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Cannellini and Tuna Salad

  1. Drain beans and tuna, place in large bowl.

  2. Chop and add all ingredients. Toss gently.

  3. Serve over crunchy romain or in a pita pocket.
