Recipe Ingredients for Cannellini Stew

30 oz Cannellini
14 oz Light
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1/5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
3 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Cannellini Stew

  1. Combine 2 Cans of Cannellini, 1 Can of Broth, and the carrots, with 2 tsp of minced garlic and bring to a boil.

  2. Boil for about 15 Minutes, then bring to a simmer.

  3. Create a roux with a tiny bit of flour to thicken it if it's too runny.

  4. Let simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the spinach until it's blanched.

  5. Enjoy!
