Recipe Ingredients for Cannellini Stew

1.5 cup Cannellini Beans
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
5 olives Olive Medley
200 grams Olive Oil
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
5 leaves Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Cannellini Stew

Turn stove to medium heat. Heat oil. Add chopped onions. Saute until translucent. Add tomatoes. Saute until they begin to break down. Add cannellini beans and 1/4 cup water. Allow to bubble. Once half water has evaporated / liquid begins to thicken, add basil, cilantro, dill, and olives. Stir throughly and plate.
