Recipe Ingredients for Cannellini Salad

30 oz. cannellini beans
16 oz. frozen green beans
1 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Cannellini Salad

  1. Steam green beans. Rinse and drain cannellini beans.

  2. Mix all ingredients, cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
