Recipe Ingredients for Cannellini Pasta

13 1/5 oz dry Whole Wheat Penne or shells
29 oz canned Italian Diced Tomatoes
14 1/2 oz Cannellini White Kidney Beans
1 package (10 oz) fresh Spinach
1/2 cup shredded romano Cheese

Recipe Directions for Cannellini Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions on box. Drain and rinse.

  2. Add tomatoes and beans to a large pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, lower heat and simmer for 10 min.

  3. Add spinach and cook another 2 minutes while stirring.

  4. Top finished mixture onto pasta and sprinkle with cheese. Serve!
