Williams Sonoma Slow Cooker recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Cannelini beans and escarole

1 lb dried cannelini beans
28 oz canned tomatoes
2 1/2 lb escarole
1/4 c olive oil
2 c chicken broth
2 oz pancetta
1/4 c lemon juice
1 t salt

Recipe Directions for Cannelini beans and escarole

  1. soak beans overnight

  2. drain and add water, 2c broth, sage, onion, carrot, olive oil

  3. simmer 3 hours

  4. remove onion, carrot, sage

  5. saute pancetta, garlic, add escarole, tomatoes, reduce

  6. stir together, add lemon juice serve
