0.3 cup Vegetables, Mixed
0.5 serving Premium Chunk Breast of Chicken
1 large Egg, Whole
1 spray , about 1/3 second (1 NLEA serving) Original Cooking Spray
0.3 cup Spinach

  1. Spray pan

  2. Saute rice in pan

  3. Crack egg in pan and fry with rice

  4. Add left over vegetable

  5. Salt and pepper to taste
