2 cups of frozen vegetables 1/3 cup of spinach 1 can of hormel chicken (95% fat free) 1 tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 tbs of butter (I used I Can't Believe It's not Butter) Seasonings: garlic, onion, salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash seasoning, etc.

1 serving Chunk In Water 95% Fat Free Chicken
1 serving Extra Light Olive Oil
