candy corn- modified from d-life add 3/4 splenda to wet ingredients they added peanuts ( 1/2 cup unsalted) this got me through Halloween

Recipe Ingredients for Candy Corn

13 cups popped popcorn
1 egg white
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Candy Corn

  1. pop popcorn

  2. preheat oven to 325 degrees

  3. coat a 11x13 inch cookie sheet with PAM

  4. In a small bowl mix together egg white, molasses, vanilla, and splenda.

  5. Whisk well.

  6. Add to popcorn and mix until well coated.

  7. Place on prepared cookie sheet.

  8. Bake 20-25 minutes- stirring occasionally, until crispy.

  9. Cool on parchment paper
