This is what I make when I have leftovers from a roasted chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Candie's Chicken Salad

12 oz chicken
2 tbsp nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp mayonaise
2 tbsp onion
1/2 medium granny smith apple
1 tbsp relish
1 teaspoon mustard

Recipe Directions for Candie's Chicken Salad

  1. Chop the chicken in cubes

  2. Add yogurt and mayonaise

  3. Chop onion fine

  4. Chop granny smith apple to your liking

  5. Add Relish and mustard

  6. Add salt, pepper, celery seed, Old Bay, or any other seasoning to your liking.
