Recipe Ingredients for Candied Sweet Potato

1 medium sweet potato
1 tbsp roasted pecans
1 tsp flax seed
1 tbsp splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp almond butter

Recipe Directions for Candied Sweet Potato

Cut off ends and bake sweet potato whole for 50 - 60 minutes at 400 degrees. Pull from oven, cut in half and mash and fluff the insides. Put on the toppings and enjoy!
