3 oz pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons butter
1/4 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Candied Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)

In an frying pan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in pepitas, cumin, ground cinnamon, paprika, cayenne, and salt. Stir constantly until pepitas are lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Stir in honey and continue to stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and spread in a single layer on a plate. Let cool until no longer sticky, about 15 minutes.
