Recipe Ingredients for Candied covered Nuts

2 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup whole almonds

Recipe Directions for Candied covered Nuts

  1. first 5 ingredients to a boil

  2. add rest and simmer until all liquid is absorbed

  3. allow to cool on wax paper

  4. divide into 16 servings
