Recipe Ingredients for Candied carrots(microwave)

8 medium carrots
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
3 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Candied carrots(microwave)

Peel carrots and slice into thin slices. Place in a microwave safe bowl. Add salt, sugar, butter & water and cover with saran wrap. Microwave for 6 minutes and test for tenderness. Most water should be gone and just a little sauce in the bottom of bowl. Toss the carrots in sauce and serve.
