2 tbsp country crock light
2 tbsp light brown sugar
29 ounces canned carrots, sliced

Recipe Directions for Candied Carrots

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add brown sugar and stir until melted. Let reduce until syrupy and thick. Add canned carrots and heat through. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg or any of your favorite spices.
