Carrots sauteed and glazed in butter and brown sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Candied Carrots

1 lb baby carrots
1 tbls butter
1 tbls brown sugar
1 cup water
1/2 t salt

Recipe Directions for Candied Carrots

Add all ingredients to non stick large frying pan on low simmer until carrots are tender. Add more water if necessary as it cooks out. Once carrots are tender, boil all water out on med to high heat stirring frequently so you do not burn the carrots. Continue to "fry" until glazed and golden brown.
